Turn Around Time
Turn around time is up to 21 business days. Most items are in stock and may only take 5 business days to complete. 
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, etc.) No returns/exchanges/cancellations unless at sellers fault such as wrong color, item, or font after we have agreed on invoice or the website listing. I stand behind everything I sell, and your satisfaction is my priority. If you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to me via email within 48 hours of arrival so we can work on a resolution. 
Shipping Policy
Turn around time is up to 21 business days, not including weekends/holidays and another 3-5 days to get to you once shipped. I am not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. 
Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup is offered. Pickup near Latrobe airport. Once notified order is ready for pickup you have 2 weeks to arrange date/time for pickup. After 2 weeks if failure to pickup your order, you will be invoiced for shipping. You will be given 72 hours to pay your invoice for shipping. Orders will ship within 48-72 hours after receiving payment. If invoice for shipping is left unpaid, orders will then be considered forfeited. No Refund will be given.
